Just looks like it could be a bit marginal.

Good work though!

There's not a lot on there but there is a nice recess which allows the clamp to be nice and tight, another little trick is to smear the inside of the clip with a little oil. That way the clamp squeezes all the hose rather than just where the screw section is ;)

Its not come off yet

I know that hose on the throttle body isn't clamped yet, but do you think it will stay on alright with engine flex and all that high boost pressures?

Just looks like it could be a bit marginal.

Good work though!

I Genuinely don't, it was gifted to me by Paul at Japspeed, it was on his shelf and he didn't know what car it was for so let me have it.

It had to undergo a lot of changes when i made it fit.

Then after a bit of work had been carried out it soon became apparent this shell was beyond repair. With hole every where and no panels available to repair around the lower windscreen, and the chance of buying another better condition shell. The shell was put up on ebay, this guy wanted the roof skin due to it being a none sunroof version.

Image

The whole shell had rust removed and seam welded.

On to shell number two.

Its a manual with a 2.4 kit in it. Need to check whether you can use them on PS rack, not sure if they create the same problems as other racks where the rack passes the hydraulic pipes. Then don't work at all ...

Paz, Betty or Brother Will may know.
