Like I say the shafts in my axle are uprated to match the cusco 2way diff already, they're one thickness all the way along rather than tapered down at the geared end so hopefully they'll be fine!
The gearbox may be an issue, but that's not a major worry for now. The idea behind the 18psi figure was to achieve around 250-300hp, as otherwise it'd be more effective for me to stick with the v8 conversion and take the 260bhp it offers.
