Hi my names Lewis
I've been around Japanese cars for a few years all of which stemed from a honda engine conversion I did in my mini when I was 17.
Here are some of my other cars I currently own.

This is my first experiance of ae86 ownership but after few patient years I thought it was about time I made my dream a reality.
At the start of the year I started scowering the japanese auction sites for a sutible 86 to import. After a few weeks of searching id found a car that I HAD to buy! So I got in contact with OPJP who had just started importing cars for customers here in the uk.

That came with a lot of mods! How do you find the extended arms vs standard?

Yeah I was very lucky. I was looking for one which had been modifed as that was always my intention also.
I'm yet to give it a good shakedown since fitting the extended lcas but I found the front end feels to dive in a little faster. With the downside of heavier steering nearer the end of the rack.

Went to Santa Pod on the 30/09/15 for dwyb this was my second drift day and a few components had changed since the last day at the shropshire event.
There was an amazing turn out 15 Corollas. Was good to finally put some faces to names/cars.
Highlight of the day had to be the 14 Corolla train :D

A few snaps of how I got on. Spent most of the day In the play pens and the kidney as my steering needed some practice.
The car needs some refinement as I struggled with a load of understeer. Got some great advise off Mitto and it seems to lie with geo and tyre pressures.

Looks like a good project dude :)

What engine mount route you going? Full custom with new tunnel or JSP Fab Mounts?

Using jsp mounts they should be arriving in the next few days. I want to avoid cutting the tunnel as I want to retain a full interior.
Need to start thinking about how I'm going to correct the geometry!

Adjustable LCAs might give you a hand towards that goal along with some adjustment of all the T3 stuff you already have :)

Sounds like a pretty good plan :) You only need to lightly "massage" the tunnel with the JSP mounts. I'd be doing the same if I was going down the same route.... ;) I'll be watching this quite closely!

I suppose it'll be a little of trial and error. Finding what I prefer best.
I'm going to try some 40mm Rcas and spacers on the turret tops to space the coilover strut down. Then adjust ride height accordingly.
Ohhh the tunnel aperture will be carefully moulded haha. ;)
